Staff Recommendation Staff recommends the following: 1. The Board of Directors accepts the occupancy count as presented using 21,499 as the correct number of units. 2. The Board of Directors directs staff to prepare a warrant to Costa Mesa Disposal for April 2013 co llection based on this occupancy report so long as the contractor fulfills the obligations of the agreement.
