Staff Recommendation Staff recommends the following: 1. The Board of Directors accepts the occupancy count as presented using 21,495 as the correct number of units. 2. The Board of Directors directs staff to prepare a warrant to Costa Mesa Disposal for March 2013 collection based on this occupancy report so long as the contractor fulfills the obligations of the agreement. Said payment in the amount of $196,795.32 to be ratified in the April 2013 warrant list. ITEM NO. 04
