Dear COSTA MESA SANITARY DIST
Robertson' s has made delivery of materials to the
work of improvement on your property located at :
628 W 19TH STREET/MEYER PL
To date, $ 1, 435 .46 remains unpaid and is now delinquent . It
has therefore been necessary for us to record a MECHANIC' S LIEN on
this property to protect our financial interest in this project.
This action has been a direct result of materials supplied to
JOHN DWYER CONSTRUCTION
we have initiated this action under the authority of the California
Constitution Article XIV, 3 and the California Civil Code
3082 et seq. This extremely technical body of law prescribes
exactly what steps we must take and when they must be taken.
Robertson' s will very shortly be forced to file suit to foreclose
our Mechanic' s Lien on your property. In order to prevent this please
make payment in full in the amount of $ 1, 435 .46
before 07/28/12 . If a suit is required, in addition to the above
sum you could be held accountable for interest and court costs such
as filing fees and service of process fees .
