SUBJECT: OCCUPANCY REPORT AND PAYMENT TO
COSTA MESA DISPOSAL
Dear Board of Directors:
There is an increase of 1 for the occupancy report for solid waste collection
as of August 1, 2012, therefore, the total occupancy count for August 1,
2012 is 21,566.
Staff recommends the following:
Alan R. Burns 1. The Board of Directors accepts the occupancy count as
Legal Counsel presented using 21,566 as the correct number of units.
2. The Board of Directors directs staff to prepare a warrant to
Marcus D. Davis Costa Mesa Disposal for June collection based on this
Treasurer occupancy report so long as the contractor fulfills the obligations
of the agreement. Said payment in the amount of $197,445.36
to be ratified in the September 2012 warrant list.
