BETWEEN COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT AND ENVIRONMENTAL
ENGINEERING AND CONTRACTING INC FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES
THIRD ADDENDUM to Agreement between the Costa Mesa Sanitary District and Environmental
Engineering and Contracting, Inc. for managing a FOG Control Program ( "ADDENDUM 3 ") is made and
entered into this day of N 2012, by and between the Costa Mesa Sanitary District,
hereinafter referred to as DISTRICT, and Environmental Engineering and Contracting, Inc., hereinafter
referred to as CONSULTANT.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, on June 21, 2010, the DISTRICT and CONSULTANT entered into an AGREEMENT
( "AGREEMENT ") for developing and managing a Fats, Oil and Grease (FOG) Program; and
WHEREAS, on June 23, 2011, the First Addendum to the AGREEMENT was approved extending
the term of the AGREEMENT to June 30, 2012;
WHEREAS, on November 30, 2011, the Second Addendum to the AGREEMENT was approved to
study the grease interceptor (112S) issues at the South Coast Plaza; and
WHEREAS, the term of the AGREEMENT is scheduled to expire on June 30, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the DISTRICT and CONSULTANT now desire to extend the term of the AGREEMENT
for an additional one -year.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. The AGREEMENT is hereby extended for an additional one -year term expiring on June
30, 2013.
2. This ADDENDUM 3 shall become effective upon its adoption.
3. Except for the extension of the term of the AGREEMENT provided for herein, all
provisions of ADDENDUM 2 and the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect.
