At Bid Item No 15, Repair #97, Pacific Bell incorrectly marked their line and :then Miramontes was excavating for the sewer repair they damaged the telephone cable. PacBell. came out to the site, removed more of the concrete surface, repaired their line and left Miramontes was delayed in his work plus had to install additional concrete alley apron that was broken out by PacBell. District will. be seeking reimbursement from PacBell.
