Staff This letter shall be our Agreement regarding the janitorial services described Scott C. Carroll below ("Services') to be provided by Pacific Building Care (PBC) a General Manager corporation as an independent contractor to the Costa Mesa Sanitary District for Costa Mesa Sanitary District's District Yard located at 174 W Joan Revak Wilson Costa Mesa, CA. Office Manager Clerk of the District The Services to be provided include the following. Monthly cleaning of entire first floor of building excluding warehouse. Mopping of all hard floor surfaces including staircase to 2nd floor Detail vacuuming of all carpet. Wipe Robin B Homers District Engineer down all restrooms, offices, break room and kitchen surfaces.
