FINE GUARANTEE—After 90 days, if you are ever fined by the County Health Department or other government agency for our inability to remove an infestation of roaches or rodents, LLOYD will reimburse you for the full amount of the fine. CUSTOMER GUARANTEE—In order to keep the above guarantees in effect,you agree to correct conditions reported to you that are found to be deficient and inconsistent with proper sanitation and,therefore, may lead to pest infestations.You are entitled to these benefits when you comply with the details of the"Pest-Free Partnership' agreement and maintain current payment of your account.Failure to do so will void the above guarantees.
