I Prepare,gain approval of,and implement traffic control plan.
2, Sawcut roadway asphalt,
Excavate to existing sewer main.
4. Replace approx. 6'of 8' VCP main, 1-8".x6' wve, and 6'of 6" lateral.
5 Backfill and compact trench using CMB per City requirements.
6. Repave roadway asphalt above our trench.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
7 Permits and fees are not included.
8, We will remove excess asphalt and soil created by our work.
9. Note-the area of excavation is very close to the traffic signal loops at thc
intersection of W 10 and Anaheim. We will make every effort to avoid
damaging the loops, but field conditions may cause the loops to be damaged in
the course of work. The repair costs,if needed,are not included in this
proposal
