FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
BETWEEN COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT AND
ACORN TECHNOLOGY SERVICES
This FIRST AMENDMENT to the Agreement between the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District and Acorn Technology Services ("AGREEMENT") is made and entered into this 1St
day of July 2024, by and between the Costa Mesa Sanitary District, hereinafter referred to
as DISTRICT, and Acorn Technology Services, hereinafter referred to as CONSULTANT.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, on July 1, 2021, the DISTRICT and CONSULTANT entered into an
AGREEMENT for comprehensive information technology management services; and
WHEREAS, the AGREEMENT will expire on June 30, 2024, but the AGREEMENT
includes the option for two one-year extensions at the DISTRICT'S discretion; and
WHEREAS, the DISTRICT and CONSULTANT desire to exercise the option to extend
the AGREEMENT from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 as provided hereinafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the AGREEMENT is amended as of July 1, 2024 as follows:
1. The AGREEMENT is extended to and shall remain and continue in effect until
the tasks described herein are completed and shall terminate on June 30,
2025, unless sooner terminated pursuant to the provisions of the
AGREEMENT.
2. The other provisions of the AGREEMENT are reaffirmed as originally
stated.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this First Amendment to be
executed this day and year first above written.
