A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA
SANITARY DISTRICT ADOPTING FIXTURE FEES AND PERMITS FEES AND
SETTING FORTH OTHER DEVELOPMENT -RELATED FEES
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has adopted fixture fees and permit fees;
WHEREAS, based on a study prepared by RDN, that study suggested that
District's permit fees and fixture fees were inadequate to cover District's costs;
WHEREAS, upon recommendation of the Citizens Advisory Committee and staff
the Board has determined to consider adopting revised fees;
WHEREAS, this matter was acted upon at a Board meeting on June 23, 2025, in
accordance with Government Code section 66000 and after a public hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District
does hereby RESOLVE to adopt the following fixture fees, permit fees, and other charges:
