CLARK-Tract Mr. Irving Clark appeared in beha� elf the 'Tract 2581 development,
Ho. 2581 asking for a letter to the Health Departwnt. It was moved by
Hollis, seconded by Porter, that the Secretary be directed to send a
letter to the Orange County Health Department to the effect that a petition
for annexation of an area embracing Tract 2581 is currently in circulation,
and that i.h the event of completion of such petition it would appear
reazonable to expect development of sever. service within the next to
years. Motion, carried.
The relationship of Sanitation Districts No. 6 and No. 7 with respect
to lines and conditions affecting annexation to the Sanitary District
was di.scuBeed. It was moved by Abelson, seconded bay Hollister that
Attorney Dungan be directed to make such investigation of the situati.ca as

requiremants and procedure involved in the annexation of such territory.
