328 DIP Rehab Bid Opening_ Notice from Nuline Tech Regarding BidNoelani et.al.,
FYI and records. NulineTech sent this notice that an incorrect estimate was read during the bid opening this morning.
Sara Romero also called me at 11:05 AM to discuss their bid and she reported that we misread their number.
During her call, she mentioned that we read the incorrect bid, I advised her that they included two (2) bid forms in their bid and that we didn’t see the second bid form until after
the contractors left. I also mentioned that I will be examining bids but that because they included two bid forms, and we already had read the initial form aloud, I may have to reject
their bid because of the extra documents included.
I’m forwarding this email just to keep everyone aware.
