Note: This meeting was conducted utilizing teleconferencing pursuant to Government code Section
54952.2 and the Governor's Executive Orders in effect waiving some of the requirements of that Section.

A. OATH OF OFFICE CEREMONY
Presentation: 1. Administer Oath of Office to Directors Arthur Perry and Brett Eckles
District Clerk and Public Information Officer, Noelani Middenway, called the
meeting to order at 1:04 P.M.
Ms. Middenway administered the Oath of Office for Director Arthur Perry.
Director Perry recited the Oath of Office.
Ms. Middenway administered the Oath of Office for Director Brett Eckles.
Director Eckles recited the Oath of Office.

Ms. Middenway noted that the Oath of Office forms were sent to both Directors for
completion via e-mail.
Director Eckles thanked District staff and commented that he looks forward to
working with everyone.
General Manager, Scott Carroll, confirmed that Director Eckles received his District
e-mail account information.
Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) Member and District resident, Sue Lester,
noted that she missed the Oaths of Office because the virtual meeting ID listed on
the District's website was incorrect. She congratulated both Directors and thanked
them for their service to the community.
Hearing no other discussion or comments, Ms. Middenway adjourned the meeting
at 1:10 P.M.
