This letter is to certify that Ricardo Ayala has been personally trained by
me and has been a certified installer of Triplex and RAM liner systems
for more than five years. He has represented McNeil Technologies very
well and has accomplished an exemplary job at prepping structures and
properly lining them.
He is well established to perform work in California, Nevada and
Arizona —except where other Licensees have exclusive projects they are
servicing. Ricardo is expected to be a Licensee for at least the next 20
years through his company Ayala Engineering.
I am the inventor of these lining processes and the CEO/owner of
