EXISTING 8" VITROFIED CLAY PIPE IN WHAT IS KNOWN AS THE "FINCH"
EASEMENT, EXTENDING BETWEEN CENTER AND 19TH STREETS WEST OF HARBOR
BLVD., WITH CAST IRON PIPE IN AN AREA TO BE COVERED BY BUILDING,
BE GRANTED AND THAT ATTORNEY DUNGAN BE DIRECTED TO PREPARE SUITABLE
AGREEMENT TO COVER'SUCH CONCESSION, MOTION CARRIED,
MEETING ADJOURNED.
