Performance Pro
Performance Pro fees are based on organizational size and include virtual implementation and training. Your
total purchase price for the first and subsequent years would be as follows:

Implementation/Optimization
Performance Pro: Implementation of your Performance Pro system takes place through a series of web -based
live training sessions. The training sessions included are described on the last page of this agreement.
A member of our Performance Pro Product Support team will be a dedicated resource for you and will
perform a range of tasks within our Optimization program:
• Learn about your culture, initiatives, and challenges
• Provide recommendations in Performance Pro specific to support your specific performance
management culture
• Deliver refresher training to system administrators, managers and employees
• Where needed, work to establish a data sync with your HRIS
Annual Renewal
The annual renewal will provide ongoing Performance Pro access, hosting, data backups, phone/chat support,
system maintenance, and feature enhancements for an annual renewal fee. Licenses can be added at any time
and will be billed separately from the annual renewal invoice. New licenses will be added to the renewal fee
for subsequent term years. Please note that renewal pricing may change based on the price schedule in place
at the time of renewal.
Miscellaneous Expenses
Any expenses beyond the above-mentioned deliverables will be billed separately. Travel expenses related to
product implementation or consulting services are additional and will be billed separately. The client will be
responsible for any travel costs incurred to accommodate a change to the scheduled engagement date, for
which initial travel was already booked, or for costs incurred due to weather or other uncontrollable events.
Payment Terms
Full payment is due within 30 days of service activation. Upon signing this agreement and for as long as your
account is active, you will receive licenses, access to live customer support during office hours, access to online
support tools, online hosting service, and product upgrades. Prices quoted are good for 30 days. Interest of

1.5% per month will accrue on all delinquent balances. Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the client.

Implementation, Training, and Optimization
Administrative users attend two 2 -hour sessions covering
Administrator Training various features and functionality. This interactive training is
conducted live through the use of webinar technology.
This single session of online training covers goal management,
employee check-ins/coaching sessions, documentation,
Manager Training appraisals, and report generation. The session lasts 60-90
minutes and can be recorded upon request for future use.
This single session of online training covers employee check -ins,
Employee Training goal -tracking, documentation, and appraisals. The session lasts
30-60 minutes and can be recorded upon request for future use.
This ongoing service includes an audit of the performance
Performance Management management culture. It also includes virtual meetings with a
Optimization Performance Pro subject matter expert to perform continued
training and review performance initiatives.
Note: Additional training sessions can be purchased through the implementation consultant or you may use optimization
hours for this purpose.
