A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT, COSTA MESA
CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE VACATION OF SEWER EASEMENTS
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District has

NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA
SANITARY DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

easements reserved for sanitary sewer purposes by deed recorded in Book
4374, page 149, of Official Records, Orange County, California, except
that portion lying within Mesa Verde Drive as it currently exists, which is
reserved and excepted from the vacation pursuant to Streets and
Highways Code Section 8340.
3. The easements to be vacated have not been used for the purposes for
which they were dedicated or acquired for five consecutive years
immediately preceding the proposed vacation.
