Said public service sewer easement shall be vacated pursuant to the provisions of Section 8330 et seq. of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California. 2. The description of the easement to be vacated is attached hereto as EXHIBIT 'A'. 3. The easement to be vacated has been superseded by relocation to an adjacent area thereby rendering the easement of no use in providing sewer service to surrounding properties. 4.
