RESOLUTION NO. 96--.S'13
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT, COSTA MESA,
CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE VACATION OF A SEWER
EASEMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District has determined that the hereinafter described sewer
easement is unnecessary for present or prospective sewer purposes
due to the easement and sewer line being relocated to an adjacent
location;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA
SANITARY DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. Said public service sewer easement shall be vacated
pursuant to the provisions of Section 8330 et seq. of the Streets
and Highways Code of the State of California.
2. The description of the easement to be vacated is
attached hereto as EXHIBIT 'A'.
3. The easement to be vacated has been superseded by
relocation to an adjacent area thereby rendering the easement of
no use in providing sewer service to surrounding properties.
4. From the date this resolution is recorded the public
service sewer easement no longer constitutes a public service
sewer easement.

easement is described as follows:
"That portion of Lot 6 and Lot 7, Block A of the Berry Tract in the City of
Costa Mesa, County of Orange, State of California, per map recorded in
Book 9, page 6 of Miscellaneous Records, records of Los Angeles County,
California, more particularly described as follows:
The Northerly 10.00 feet of the Southerly 100.00 feet of the Westerly
100.00 feet of said Lot 7 and the Northerly 10.00 feet of the Southerly
100.00 feet of the Easterly 189.00 feet of said Lot 6."
