WBEREAS, Republic Construction Corporation has executed an
instrument granting to the Costa Mesa Sanitary District an
easement to ;portions of Tract 1712,
BE IT RESOLVED that said easement be and is hereby, accepted
by the Board of Directors of the Costa mesa Sanitary District
in regular meeting this 7th day of May 1953.
