WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cosh Mesa did, on the Sth
day of ; =:,er, 1990, adopt Resolution No. 90-81, entitled: "A RESOLUTION
OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS
INTENTION TO ORDER THE VACATION OF A PUBLIC STREET Icx rED AT THE SOUTHEAST
CORNER C,F. ruc.WRIEy BactIVARD AND OLD 17TH STREET",
4,i£RZAAS, pursuant to said Resolution of Intention,
for hearing all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vaca-
tion was set for Monday, the 3rd day of December, 1990, at the hour of
6:30 p.;^.., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 77 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa,
California; and
WHEREAS, notices of said proposed vacation were duly and regularly
posted as required by law, all pursuant to the provisions of Section 8300
et seq. of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California; a'K1
WHEREAS, on said date of hearing the proposed vacation came on regu-
larly to be heard; all persons appearing on the proposed vacation were
heard; and said hearing was closed on the 3rd day of December, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa finds and deter-
mines from all the evidence submitted that the hereinafter described right-
of-way is unnecessary for present or prospective street purposes;

1. That the hereinafter described right -of -gray is unnecessary for
present or prospective street purpOSCg, _

be, and the same is hereby vacated:

Costa Mesa, County of Orange, State of California, as per cap recorded
in nook 4, Page 83 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County
Record-, : of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of said Lot 82; thence south
50 "00'00" east 124.05 feet along the southwesterly line of said Lot 32
CO the most southerly corner of the lard described in the Cred to Fred
Feinstein and wife recorded April 3, 1924, in Sock 519, Page 97 of
Deeds; thence: north 40 °00'00" east 165.15 feet to the most southerly
