STECKLEY'S NORTHWEST CORNER TO ELM STREET, FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF A SEWER LINE, IT BEING EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD THAT THE GRANTING OF THIS EASEMENT WOULD BE VALID ONLY IF LEMON STREET WERE ABANDONED. DUE TO THE FACT THAT LOT 5 IS IN ESCROW AND REQUIRES COURT PROCEDURE FOR CLEARANCE OF TITLE, FURTHER THAT THE SELLER'S ATTORNEY ADVISED CLEARANCE SHOULD BE OBTAINED AND ESCROW CLOSED OCT. I, 1962, AN ALTERNATE ROUTE IS SUGGESTED COMMENCING AT MR. STECKLEY'S SOUTHEAST CORNER AND PROCEEDING EASTERLY ON ADAMS, THEN DOWN THE WESTERLY PROPERTY LINE OF ABANDONED LEMON STREET, THIS ALTERNATE ROUTE BEING USED ONLY IF TITLE COULD NOT BE ACQUIRED TO LOT 5.
