AMENDMENT TO EASEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT TO EASEMENT is entered into by and
between PSB REALTY CORPORATION, a California corporation
( "Grantor "), successor in interest to PACIFIC SAVINGS BANK, a
California licensed mutual savings bank and California
corporation ( "PSB ") and the COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
( "Grantee ").
R E C I T A L S
A. PSB, predecessor in interest to Grantor, granted an
easement for underground sanitary sewer facilities to Grantee
pursuant to that certain Easement Deed dated June 20, 1985
- and recorded September 16, 1985 as Instrument Number 85-
_ 351131 _in_the Official Records _of Orange County, California-.
B. The Easement Deed inadvertently omitted the purpose
of the easement. The parties now wish to clarify the purpose
for which the easement was granted. •l
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing the
parties hereto agree as follows:
1. The Easement Deed is hereby amended by inserting
into the blank immediately prior to the word "purposes" in
' the first paragraph of the Easement Deed the following
language:
"underground sanitary sewer facilities
and incidental"
2. Except as herein provided, the Easement Deed is
otherwise unmodified.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed
this Amendment to Easement on the date and year first above
written.
