Easement for Sewer Pump Station
A parcel of land lying within Section 35, Township 5 South,
Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M., in the land allotted to James
McFadden, in decree of partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa
Ana, recorded in Book "B" of Judgments of the 17th Judicial
District Court of Los Angeles County, in the City of Costa Mesa,
County of Orange, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Sunflower
Avenue with the center line of Bristol Street, as said
intersection is described in a deed of right of way, recorded
February 21, 1952 in book 2290, page 510 of Official Records;
thence South along the center line of Bristol Street, 1420.00
feet; thence West 1004.00 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence S 78'07'40" E 3.47 feet; thence S 05 °38'32" E 17.50
feet; thence S 84 °21'28" W 16.71 feet; thence N 13 28'32" W
21.17 feet to a point on an existing sewer easement granted to
the Costa Mesa Sanitary District by deed recorded in Book 1130,
Pages 486 -489 of Official Records of Orange County ; thence N
76 °00'00" E 5.93 feet along said sewer easement; thence

Dear Orville:
The Sanitary District's attorney has reviewed the correspondence
from your office regarding the grant of new easement around the
rehabilitated pumping station. The District is in agreement with
the Plaza's attorney on the method desired to grant the new
easement and abandon the old easement.
Therefore, please execute and return the revised easement deed as
well as this letter. Both were prepared in conformance with the
Plaza's attorney recommendations.
By mutual execution of this letter both South Coast Plaza and
District agree that:
1. The enclosed Easement Deed supersedes and replaces in its
entirety section IV of and Exhibit "B" to the agreement
dated July 1, 1969 between the. District and South Coast
Plaza with respect to this facility.
2. All other terms and provisions of the agreements dated July
1, 1969 and August 5, 1970 between the District and South
Coast Plaza with respect to this facility remain in full
force and effect.
