The District is in agreement with the Plaza's attorney on the method desired to grant the new easement and abandon the old easement. Therefore, please execute and return the revised easement deed as well as this letter. Both were prepared in conformance with the Plaza's attorney recommendations. By mutual execution of this letter both South Coast Plaza and District agree that: 1. The enclosed Easement Deed supersedes and replaces in its entirety section IV of and Exhibit "B" to the agreement dated July 1, 1969 between the. District and South Coast Plaza with respect to this facility. 2. All other terms and provisions of the agreements dated July 1, 1969 and August 5, 1970 between the District and South Coast Plaza with respect to this facility remain in full force and effect.
