A strip of land 10.00 feet wide within Lot 19, Tract No. 10876 in the
City of Costa Mesa, County of Orange, State of California, as per map
filed in book 486, Pages 1 through 8 inclusive of miscellaneous maps,
records of said County and Tying 10.00 feet Southerly and Southwesterly of
and contiguous to the following described line:
Commencing at a. point in the centerline.of__parcel 4 of that .certain
easement for sanitary purposes as granted to the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District by deed recorded in book 13981, page 1457 of official records
of said County, distant thereon North 1 °15'17 "W 20.03 feet from the
Southerly terminus of that course in said centerline, recited therein
as having a bearing and length of North 1°15'17"W 49.03 feet; thence
leaving said centerline, North 79 °28'13 "W 5.11 feet to the Westerly•line
of said parcel 4; thence along said Westerly •line North 1015117"W 2.81
feet to the true point of beginning of this description; thence North
79 °28'13 "W 81.901to the beginning of a tangent curve concave North-
easterly and having a radius of 147.25 feet; thence Northwesterly an
