of Los Angeles County, California, in the City of Costa Mesa, County of
Orange, State of California, more particularly described as follows: g
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Parcel 2 of a Parcel Map
as shown on a map recorded in book 71, page 22 of Parcel Maps, recorded
in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange County; thence o
North 10 09' 10" West, 292.78 feet along a line lying 60.00 feet,
measured at right angles, easterly of and parallel with the center
line of Harbor Blvd. as shown on said Parcel Map, to a point in the
southerly line of a sewer easement as recorded in book 1851, page . 4
359 of Official Records; thence South 58° 32' 07" East, 7.12 feet to =
a point in a line lying 66.00 feet, measured at right angles, easterl

Segerstroms Ruth Segerstrom, Harold T. Segerstrom, Jr. and Jeannet
E. Segerstrom, and Henry T. Segerstrom and Yvonne de C.
Segerstrom to the District for a perpetual easement and
right of way for sanitary sewer purposes in, on and over
property located at Harbor Boulevard, Lots 11 and 14 of
Fairview Tract. Director Warren made a motion to accept
the deed and place said deed on record with the County
Recorder. This motion was seconded by Director Hutchison,
and carried by the following roll call vote:
