SEWER PURPOSES TO COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
OVER TRACT NO. 10876
Those strips of land, 10.00 feet in width, over portions of Lots 17,
18, 19, 20, 43, 44, 45, 51, 53, and 55 of Tract No. 10876, in the City of
Costa Mesa, County of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded
in Book 486 , Pages 1 through 8 , of Miscellaneous Maps, in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County, the centerline of said strips
being described as follows:
PARCEL 1:
Beginning at a point of intersection of the easterly line of said Lot 17, with
a line parallel with and 6.00 feet northerly of the southerly line of said
lot; thence South 88°44'43" West 45. 50 feet along said parallel line to a
point on a line parallel with and 45.50 feet westerly of said easterly line,
said point hereinafter referred to as Point "A "; thence continuing along said
parallel line South 88 °44'43" West 255. 50 feet to a point on a line parallel
with and 6.00 feet easterly of the westerly line of said lot; thence along
said parallel line North 1 °15,17" West 511.78 feet.

Beginning at the hereinabove described Point "A"; thence

The sidelines of said strip shall be prolonged or shortened as to terminate
westerly in said westerly line.

Official Records, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, as
shown on said tract map.
PARCEL 7:
Beginning at a point of intersection of a line parallel with and 43.00 feet
easterly of the most westerly line of said Lot 43 with a line parallel with
and 8.00 feet southerly of the northerly line of said lot, said point herein-
after referred to as Point "C "; thence South 15°17102" East 305.82 feet
to a point on a line parallel with and 7.00 feet southerly of the northerly
line of said Lot 44; said point hereinafter referred to as Point "D "; thence
continuing South 15 °17 102 East 179.53 feet to the southwesterly line of said
Lot 44.
The sidelines of said strip shall be prolonged or shortened as to terminate
southerly into said southwesterly line.

Beginning at the hereinabove described .Point "D "; thence along said line

Beginning at the hereinabove described Point "C "; thence along said line
