Parkwood Village Ltd., a California Ltd. partnership
grant and convey to COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT a perpetual easement and right of way for
sanitary sewer purposes in, on and
over all that real property situated in the County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
A 10.00 foot wide easement for sewer pipe lines purposes over, under, along,
across and through that portion of Lot 11 of Block E• of the Berry Tract in the
City of Costa Mesa, County of Orange, State of California, per map of said Tract
recorded in Book 30, page 74 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California, lying 5.00 feet on each side of the following described centerline:
Beginning at the point on the line parallel with and distant Easterly 40.17
feet measured at right angles from the Easterly line of the land described in
the deed to the Orange County Flood Control District recorded February 16,
1961, in Book 5630, page 682 of Official Records, records of said Orange County,
distant along said parallel line South 0° 07' 43" West 706.30 feet from the
centerline of Baker Street, as said centerline is shown on the map of Tract
3662, recorded in Book 240, pages 1 to 3 inclusive of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County; thence, along said parallel line, North 0° 07'
43" East 611.30 feet to a line parallel with said centerline and distant
Southerly 95.00 feet therefrom, measured at right angles; thence, along said
last mentioned parallel line, South 89° 48' 25" East 164.00 feet; thence North
33° 02' 18" East 113.08 feet to the intersection of said centerline of Baker
Street with the centerline of Enterprise Avenue, as said intersection is shown
on said map of Tract 3662.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion lying Northerly of a line parallel with said
centerline of Baker Street and distant Southerly 50.00 feet therefrom, measured
at right angles.
Subject to covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions, rights of way
and easements, if any, of record.
As shown on a map attached hereto and made a part of this description.
It is understood that the grantors grant_ only that portion of the above described land in which
