Kelchner Dear Bob: Re: Mesa Del Mar When the subject area was received from the United States Government, the County Sanitation District had certain easements and possible fee to an existing sewage lift station. Subject title was passed from the County Sanitation District to the Costa Mesa Sanitary District and with the blessing of the government, the Sanitary District could exchange for like easements and relocate the lift station. A new lift station has been constructed to the requirements of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District. We have given them a deed for the new site which they intend to record in the very near future. The old site is now being abandoned and it is our desire that documents be prepared for execution by the Sanitary District to quitclaiming all rights, title, and interest to the original lines and facilities in consideration for the construction of the new facilities. It is requested that you determine and prepare for execution by the Sanitary District, the necessary documents to permit this transfer.
