grant and convey to COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT a perpetual easement and right of way for
sanitary sewer purposes in, on and
over all that real property situated in the County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
An easement, 10.00 feet in width, in the City of Costa Mesa, County of Orange,
•State of California, over that portion of Lot A of the Banning Tract, in the
Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana per map filed in Case No. 6385 in the Superior
Court in and for the County of Los Angeles, California, lying 5.00 feet on each
side of the following described centerline:
PARCEL 1: Beginning at a point on the South line of Fair Avenue which lies
South 89° 59' 17" West, 37.75 feet from the Northwest corner of Lot 131, Tract
No. 2750 per map recorded in Book 91, pages 1 to 5 inclusive, of Miscellaneous
Maps,_records of said Orange County; thence, parallel with the West line of
said tract, South 00° 00' 43" East, 375.83 feet; thence South 89° 59' 17"
West, 93.33 feet; thence South 00° 00' 43" East, 442.39 feet; thence South 75°
27' 43" East, 105.20 feet; thence South 000 00' 43" East, 298.82 feet; thence
South 89° 59' 17" West, 527.88 feet to a point herein designated as Point "A";
thence North 00° 14' 00" East, 352.73 feet; thence South 89° 59' 17" West,
215.00 feet; thence North 45° 00' 43" West, 50.50 feet; thence North 00° 00'
43" West, 198.28 feet; thence North 44° 59' 17" East, 66.36 feet; thence
North 89° 59' 17" East, 205.00 feet; thence North 00° 14' 00" East, 291.91
feet; thence North 37° 26' 24" West, 37.77 feet; thence North 00° 00' 43"
West, 187.92 feet to a point on the South line of said Fair Drive which lies
South 89° 59' 17" West, 576.11 feet from said Northwest corner of Lot 131,
Tract No. 2750. The sidelines of said easement shall terminate in the South
line of Fair Avenue.
PARCEL 2: Beginning at Point "A" as designated in the foregoing parcel; thence
South 89° 59' 17 "West, 28.00 feet more or less to a point in a line parallel
to and 300.00 feet Easterly of, measured at right angles, from the centerline of
Harbor Boulevard. The sidelines of said easement shall terminate in said parallel
line.
