COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT a perpetual easement and right of way for
sanitary sewer purposes in, on and
over all that real property situated in the County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
PARCEL A:
A strip of land fifteen (15) feet in width, lying within Lot 3 and Lot 4
of Block D, Berry Tract, as shown on a map thereof, recorded in Book 9,
page 6, of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, in
the City of Costa Mesa, Orange County, California, more particularly des-
cribed as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 66, Tract No. 4041, as shown on
a map thereof, recorded in Book 138, pages 27 through 29, of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County; thence North op 29' 07" East, along
the Easterly line of said Tract No. 4041, 589.27 feet; thence South 89° 05' 55"
East, 15.00 feet, to a line 15.00 feet, measured at right angles, Easterly
of and parallel with said Easterly line of said Tract No. 4041; thence South
0° 29' 07" West, along said parallel line, 589.08 feet, to the Northerly
line of Paularino Avenue, 66.00 feet in width, as shown on said Tract No. 4041;
thence North 89° 49' 35" West, along said Northerly line, 15.00 feet; to the
Point of Beginning.
As shown on a map attached hereto and made a part of this description. That part
of land, outlined in red, being a strip of land 15 feet in width.
This deed conveys no right to utilize the surface of said land except temporarily
as required for installation or repairs to be made under the surface.
