State of California described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 13, Block A of the Berry
Tract, as shown on a Map thereof recorded in Book 9, page 6 of
Miscellaneous._ Records of Los Angeles County, California, and
running thence North 0 °34'47" East along the West line of said
Lot 72.68 feet; thence South 44 °21'12" East 102.91 feet to the
South line of said Lot; thence North 89 °17'08" West along said
South line 72.68 feet to the point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom the Southerly 10.00 feet within the Orange
County Flood Control District easement as described in a deed
recorded in Book 3945, page 544 of Official Records of Orange
County, California.
Also excepting therefrom all oil, gas, minerals and hydrocarbon
substances below a depth of 500 feet from the surface of said

A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa was
held on September 8. 1992 ,-at 6:30 p.m., in the Council
Chambers of City Hall, 77 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa.
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: HORNBUCKLE •GENIS.BUFFA.HUMPHREY.ERICKSON
COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT: NONE
"The Public Services Director .recommended approval of a
property transfer from the Costa Mesa Sanitary District to the City
of Costa Mesa, located at the Mendoza Drive Pumping Station, behind
Mendoza Drive adjacent to the Orange County Flood Control District.
The Sanitary District Board conceptually approved the transfer at
its meeting of July 9, 1992. On motion by Council Member Humphrey,
seconded by Council Member Erickson, and carried 5 -0, the transfer
was approved, and the Mayor and Clerk were authorized to execute
the necessary documents ".
ADJOURNMENT: The Mayor declared the meeting adjourned at 9:35 p.m.

First Floor Conference Room of the Costa Mesa Civic Center, 77 Fair
Drive, Costa Mesa, California.

subject project, is now vested in the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District, free and clear of any money encumbrances shown
in Lot Book Report No.1304161 -M, a copy of which you now
hold in your files.
The deeds of trust shown in said Lot Book Report have
been subordinated to the District per Documents Nos.19058
and 19059, the originals of which are attached hereto for
your files.
It would now be in order that the Finance Director be
authorized and instructed to make payment to the above
named grantor in the amount of $4,025.00, as provided for
in the Right of Way Agreement, and mail the warrant to the
following address:
