a. CMSD may desire to make appointment at
April 13 Board Meeting.
II. Personnel reporting procedure
a. District Manager to work with City
supervisors apprising City of day to day
operations.
b. Contracted City personnel to work with
District Manager on achieving CMSD
goals.
C. City personnel will continue to report
to City supervisors.
III• Space allocation for CMSD Management
a. Revise fourth floor area
IV. CMSD taking over Commercial/Industrial
trash collection
a. Start-up costs
b. Manpower for implementation of AB939
V. Revise City/District contract as needed to
include:
a. Deletion of Manager's position
b. Personnel costs associated with CMSD
assuming Commercial/Industrial trash
collection.
C. Other suggested changes
VI. Rewrite CMSD Manager, Assistant Manager/
Clerk's duties upon resolution of Items
IV and V.
