RESOLU'T'ION
WHEREAS, the National Life and Accident Insurance Company, executed
an instrument granting to the Costa Mesa Sanitary District an easement to a
portion of Lot 91 N.P.H.,Costa..Mesa California, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that said easement be and the same is hereby-
accepted by the Board-of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District.
I, F. B. Owen, Secretary of the Coats: Mesa .Sanitary District,
hereby certify that the above Resolution was accepted by the Board of
