RESOLUTION NO, 68 -200 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANIT_A.RY DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, 3 TRANSFERRING A SUM OF MONEY FROM THE SEWER CONSTRUCTION FUND TO THE B & I REDEMPTION FUND FOR TAX CODE AREA 4 "B" FOR THE RETIREMENT OF THE BOND ISSUE IN THE ORIGINAL SUM OF $760,000.00 DATED OCTOBER 1, 1956., 5 6 THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT i OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: $ WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary 9, District of Orange County, California, has heretofore established 10 a sewer construction fund for the purpose of installing a sewer. 11 system in the areas originally .known and designated as Tax Code 12` Area "B"; and 13 WHEREAS, the purposes for which said.fund was established. 14 have been entirely fulfilled and there is now a sum in said sewer 15 construction fund in the. amount of $ 19,'66.00.. being the 16 balance after the purposes of said fund have been entirely 17 fulfilled; and 18 WHEREAS, the said Board of Directors desires to transfer the 19 said sum of $ 3,500.00 from said. sewer construction fund .20 to the B & I Redemption Fund for that portion of the Costa Mesa 21 Sanitary District within Tax Code Area "B" for the purpose of re 22 tiring the bond indebtedness in the original sum of $760,000.00 23 dated October 1, 1956. 24 NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa 25 Sanitary District of Orange County, California, does hereby 26 resolve,. determine and order as follows: 27 SECTION 1 That the sum of $ 3,500.00 is hereby transferred 28 from the sewer construction fund to the B & I RedemptionFund for 29 that portion of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District within Tax Code 30 Area "B for the retirement of the bond issue dated October 1,1956.. 31 SECTION 2.. That the. said sum of $ 3,500.00. herein transferr 32 ed as..above set .forth, shall be used to retire a portion_ of the -s bonded indebtedness which becomes due during the fiscal year, 1968 -1969. SECTION 3. That the Board of Directors hereby finds and determines and declares that the purposes for which said $ 1g,766.00 was to be used, to wit: the construction of a sewer system in the Annexation Areas known as 13, 15 and 17 . have been entirely fulfilled: PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of August 1968.
