Meeting called to order at 7:30 P M by President TeIllinkle.
Minutes of Last meeting read and approved.
Following bills read and upon motion by Norman seconded by Lord,

Moved by Nelson, seconded by Norman that action taken at meeting
May 4th relative to posting Delinquent Tax List for 1950, be rescinded
and that action of President and Secretary on advice of Attorney in
directing Tax Collector to publish said list in Costa Mesa Globe Herald
be ratified. Carried.
Upon discussion of proposed bond election, it was
Moved by Nelson seconded by Lord that three voting precincts, con-
sisting ofall or part of County Voting precincts of Costa Mesa, be
established. Carried.
Moved by Lord, seconded by Norman that the principal sum of bond proposal
to be submitted for vote, be $850 000 00, and that the term of said
bonds shall be 30 years. Carried
Moved by Nelson seconded by Lord that the following locations be desig-
nated as polling places for said bond election, viz., Union School,
19th and Newport, Harper School, 18th and Tustin and Fire House 121
Rochester street. Carried.

seconded by Nelson, that Tuesday, August 15th 1950,
be fixed
as date
of election. Carried.
Moved by Nelson seconded by Lord that the following locations be desig-
nated as polling places for said bond election, viz., Union School,
19th and Newport, Harper School, 18th and Tustin and Fire House 121
Rochester street. Carried.

Moved by Lord seconded by Norman that the following locations be desig-
nated as posting places for notices of ele:etion, in addition to publi-
cation of such:,notice in Costa Mesa Globe Herald as required by law.
111 E Broadway, 1979 Harbor Blvd and 400 E 17th street. Carried.
Moved by Lord seconded by Norman that Attorney Anderson, Engineer
Bulot and Secretary Owen be directed to complete details and submit
same to bond attorneys OtMelveny & Myers, forthwith. Carried.
Secretary presented a financial statement, showing present balance
per County Auditorts records, estimated receipts and expenditures
to December 1st 1950, with estimated balance available in Running
Expense Fund.
Mr Nelson reported on activities and progress of Sanitation Districts
Administrative Officer and meetings of Districts 5 and b. Progress.
