Staff Recommendation Staff recommends the following: 1. The Board of Directors accepts the occupancy count as presented using 21,619 as the correct number of active units. 2. The Board of Directors directs staff to prepare a warrant to CR&R Environmental Services for August 2014 collection based on this occupa ncy report so long as the contractor fulfills the obligations of the agreement.
