Staff Recommendation Staff recommends that the Board of Directors: 1. Accept the occupancy count as presented using 21,609 as the correct number of active units. 2. Direct staff to prepare a warrant to CR&R Environmental Services for July 2014 collection based on this occupancy report so long as the contractor fulfills the obligations of the agreement.
