WHEREAS, the Costa Mesa Sanitary District desires to recognize and commen
accomplishments of Midway City Sanitary District; and
WHEREAS, the Midway City Sanitary District was established in 1939, to pr
solid waste services to the residents of the City of Westminster
WHEREAS, the Midway City Sanitary works diligently to provide sewer and s
the residents of the District, their top priority is to accompli
cost-effective manner that will protect the health and safety of
WHEREAS, the Midway City Sanitary Districts vision and effort to promote
environmental stewardship, and partnership with the community, w
preservation and decision making to produce optimum financial, e
NOW, THEREFORE, the Costa Mesa Sanitary District recognizes the performance and -
ments of Midway City Sanitary District and commends the District
