Subject: OCCUPANCY REPORT AND PAYMENT TO COSTA MESA DISPOSAL
Summary
The total occupancy count for January 2014 billing is 21,549, wino new accounts
added since the last billing period.
Staff Recommendation
Staff recommends the following:
1. The Board of Directors accepts the occupancy count as presented
21,549 as the correct number of active units.
2. The Board of Directors directs staff to prepare a warrant to Co
Disposal for January 2014 collection based on this occupancy report so
long as the contractor fulfills the obligations of the agreement
payment in the amount of $197,289.71 to be ratified in the Febru
2014 warrant list.
