Seeing no one , President Ferryman closed public comments. President Ferryman adjourned into closed session at 9:05 a.m. to evaluate the performance of the General Manager pursuant to Government Code Section 54957. General Manager Carroll and Ms. Middenway exited the meeting at this time. The Board of Directors recessed the closed session at 10:23 a.m. General Manager Carroll re-entered the meeting at 10:25 a.m. President Ferryman reconvened to closed session at 10:28 a.m. President Ferryman exited the conference room at 10:31 a.m. ITEM NO. 01
