Scavenging : In the m onth o f December 2013 , there were no calls made to the District HQs to repor t scavenging activity. General Manager Scott Carroll has advised t o increase patrol in the area of P rinceton Dr. and surrounding streets , on Wednesdays in the early morning hours. I have patrolled the area, but have yet to observe any scavenging activit y. I will continue to patrol this area. Trash Container Enforcement : In the month of December 2013 , there were 6 complaint s reported to the District HQ s regarding address es t hat leav e their trash bins in public sight . I made a visit to the following address: 3291 Arizona Lane – Issued a 1 st Notice (yellow). Resident installed a screen to hide trash bins from public sight: 3154 Kerry Lane - Issued a 1 st Notice (yellow). 657 Senat e St - Found no t/b in p/s. 285 22 nd St – Spoke to tenants in length about trash regulations. I was able to get them to clean up and remove the trash bins from public sight , there and then. Will follow up:
945 Dahlia Ave – Complaint of leaving trash bin on the curb for days at time to prevent people from parking. Mailed 1 st Notice (Yellow): 2112 Wallace Ave – Found no trash bins in public sight I will follow up on these addresses and previous complaints to ensure compliance.
