HOPE O Rehabilitate the existing 30 VCP sewer by installing a 20 —inch eeFRPM liner pipe inside the 30" VCP at constant slope of 0.0021 between the elevations shown and grouting the remaining annular space. Since the invert of the existing VCP may not slope constantly throughout the reach, the following procedure may be followed. 1. Bypass flow to the adjacent 18" VCP, if necessary. 2. Clean the existing 30" VCP. 3• Place a layer of grout at the pipe invert to provide a level surface. A flowable grout is required to cover the complete reach. HDPE 4, Install the 20 —inch ^^tier PM liner pipe in the existing 30" VCP using casing spacers of variable height along the length of the rehabilitated sewer to provide the shown slope. The existing manhole on the east side of Harbor Blvd. shall be removed entirely and disposed of and the 20 —inch pipe inserted from a pit constructed at this location. Upon completion of the insertion a new 48 —inch manhole shall be constructed in accordance with CMSD Standard Drawing S -100. HDPE 5, The 20 —inch eeFRPM liner pipe shall be inserted through the manhole in the center of Harbor Blvd. HDPE 6, After insertion of the 20 —inch GGFRPM liner pipe the remaining annular space between the 20 —inch pipe and the 30 —inch pipe shall be filled with grout. 45' 55' a a o INV.
